(I) मैं एतद्वादारा विधिवत घोषणा करता हॅू/करती हॅू कि उपर्युक्त दी गयी सभी सूचनाएं सत्य हैं। तथ्यों को छिपाया या गलत तरीके से प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया है। मैंने विवरणिका में प्रवेश प्रक्रिया सम्बन्धी सभी सूचनाएं तथा तथ्य पढ लिये हैं तथा मैं इनका अनुपालन करूंगा/करूंगी। यदि की गई प्रविष्ठियों तथा संलग्नसक प्रमाण-पत्रों में कोई त्रुटि/विसंगति पाई जाती है तो मेरा प्रवेश निरस्त कर दिया जाए। ऐसी स्थिति में मैं शुल्क वापसी के लिए किसी भी प्रकार का दावा नहीं करूंगा/करूंगी।
(II) विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा निर्मित नियमावली के तहत कुलपति/कुलसचिव अथवा अन्यव अधिकृत व्यक्ति द्वारा आवश्यकता पडने पर नियमानुसार की गई किसी भी प्रकार की अनुशासनिक कार्यवाही मुझे स्वीकार्य होगी।
(III) उत्तराखण्ड मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय की समस्त परीक्षाएं केवल उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में ही सम्पन्न होंगी।
(I) “I hereby declare that the particulars stated in this application form are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I have read the prospectus and the admission/eligibility requirements as laid down by the University and I shall abide by them. In the event of suppression or distortion of any fact in my application. My admission will stand cancelled at any point of time. In case my admission is cancelled by the University due to any reason. I shall have no claim for refund of fee paid by me.
(II) Further I declare that I shall submit myself to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Coordinator of the study centre. The Vice Chancellor and Other authorities of the University who may be vested with the power to exercise discipline under the Act. The statutes. The Ordinances framed by the University. In this regard these authorities have the right to take necessary disciplinary action.
(III) All examinations of Uttarakhand Open University will be conducted only in Uttarakhand State.
General Instructions
1. You are responsible for accuracy of information and filling in the form in the desired manner. You should ensure that you fulfill the admission criteria as prescribed by the University as on the last date for submission of Application form for Admission to B.Ed. Programme.
2. Forms submitted by ineligible candidates shall be summarily rejected and no refund shall be made to such candidates.
3. Applicants have to fill-in the form on or before the due date.
4. Do not upload any other certificate/document except those required with the Form.
5. Additional documents are required to be submitted at the time of counseling only.

बी० एड ० कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश पात्रता
1. बी.एड. कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक अथवा स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि में कम से कम 50% अंक पाने वाले अभ्यर्थी पात्र होंगे तथा SC/ST/OBC/PWD के लिए कम से कम 45% अंक पाने वाले अभ्यर्थी पात्र होंगे । इसके अतिरिक्त इंजीनियरिंग या तकनीकी जिसमें विज्ञान एवं गणित की विशेषज्ञता हो , स्नातक अथवा परास्नातक में 55% अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अथवा समतुल्य कोई अन्य अर्हता वाले अभ्यर्थी प्रवेश के लिए पात्र होंगे ।

3. वे अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने NCTE द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त नियमित रीति (फेस- टू -फेस) से अध्यापक शिक्षा का कोई पाठ्यक्रम पूर्ण किया है ।
4. NCTE द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त पाठ्यक्रम हैं - D.E.C.Ed, DPSE, D.EL.Ed/ B.T.C., B.EL.Ed, B.Ed, M.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed, D.Ed., Diploma in Arts Education (Visual Arts), Diploma in Arts Education (Performing Arts) , B.A.B.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed. 4 Years Integrated programme, B.Ed. M.Ed. 3 year’s integrated programme and any other NCTE recognized face to face mode Teacher’s Training Course.

6. मैं उत्तराखण्ड मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय के बी0एड0 (ODL) कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश हेतु अर्ह हूँ। यदि भविष्य में यह ज्ञात होता है कि मैं प्रवेश हेतु अर्ह नहीं था/थी तो इसका पूर्ण उत्तरदायित्व मेरा स्वयं का होगा एवं विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा मेरा प्रवेश निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा व मेरे द्वारा जमा शुल्क की समस्त धनराशि जब्त कर ली जाएगी तथा जमा की गई किसी भी धनराशि को विश्वविद्यालय से वापस पाने का मैं कोई दावा नहीं करूंगा/करूंगी।
