Step 4:take a print out of the form
चरण 4: फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट लें

Step 5: submit it to the study centre along with testimonials
चरण 5: इसे प्रशंसापत्रों के साथ अध्ययन केंद्र में जमा करें
